Outline for week 6

Welcome to the last week’s learnings! This week continues to teach you some key concepts. I introduce the theme of rehearsal – practicing the management of an uncomfortable upcoming event.

As per last week, now that you have a wide range of tools to address complex biological behaviour, you can now tackle how to undo unwanted habits.
