How did you find the EMDR exercise? Please note that the more you accept the feelings that flow through you, the deeper you can work. Remember the subconscious provides a map for your conscious living experience. EMDR helps you redraw your map to provide a new present view point. 

This week focuses on building your body awareness via meditation. Meditation builds you capacity to heal deep wounds and reset your outlook.
