Healing trauma can be hard. For some people it remains in the subconscious and expresses itself in the physicality via migraines or IBS and chronic fatigue.
Or for you it may express itself via explosive or tumultuous relationships where deep seated distrust plays out.
And for others it is more explicitly expressed via intrusive thoughts and poor coping habits. These are just some examples of how trauma can differ.
Healing trauma is not necessarily quick. It requires a determined mindset and patience.
Be curious to meet yourself -you need brutal honesty.
Be curious to learn of any psychological pain you may meet.
Be curious – develop buckets of self-empathy and non-judgemental reflective skills.
Don’t worry -I will help you do all of that and then you will discover a new self, a new horizon that you want to meet and feel wonderful for doing so…
